-After you run the registry cleaner, reinstall your antivirus since it was partially uninstalled  and it needs to be  running normally on your computer so it can be uninstalled completely.

-Now, restart your computer.

-Next, open CCleaner and click on the tools icon on the left side. Then, under programs to be removed look for your antivirus and remove it.
